About the Guests

Michael Losacco describes himself as a self-starter and action-oriented leader, dedicated to high-consequence national security and defense missions. He works at SPA, where he produces executive-level briefs, white papers, memoranda, and analytic reports on topics related to U.S.-China military competition, nuclear deterrence, and conventional warfare- Furthermore, he leads cross-functional teams, aligning expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope. He has a strong background in leadership and project management, having served as an Armor Officer in the U.S. Army for four years. He led 36 soldiers during a combat deployment to Afghanistan and later as a Company Executive Officer, demonstrating tactical expertise and adaptability in dynamic conditions.
